HSH Acolade
HSH Acolade is a standout imported Holsteiner mare combining exceptional European bloodlines with proven performance in the show-jumping arena. Successfully competed to 1.30–1.35m in New Zealand, she is known for her scope, careful technique, and ultra-rideable temperament. Since retiring to the broodmare band, Acolade has consistently produced modern, athletic sport horses who are now making their mark.
Acolade is by Acodetto I, a Holsteiner stallion who excelled at his 30-day stallion test with outstanding scores, including a top mark for free-jumping. Acodetto’s sire line traces to Acorado I and the influential Acord II family — renowned for producing international jumpers noted for power, carefulness and excellent trainability.
Her dam Pagina I, by Chambertin, anchors Acolade within one of Holstein’s respected dam lines. Chambertin was a successful competition stallion, twice qualifying for the Bundeschampionate finals and siring numerous international-level showjumpers. Further back, the maternal influence of Sacramento Song XX adds blood, athleticism and versatility — traits well recognised in premium German warmblood families.
Acolade reliably stamps her foals with this blend of scope, balance and temperament. Her offspring include:
Incendivity HSH (Indoctro) — a powerful gelding progressing confidently through the jumping grades, showing the scope, technique and forward-thinking rideability characteristic of his dam line.
Zealand Blue HSH (Zirocco Blue VDL) — a versatile, talented eventer competing successfully up to CCI4-L*, demonstrating bravery, stamina and quality.
Acolade’s foals consistently show excellent type, powerful canters and natural jumping ability, making them highly sought after for both sport and breeding. She remains a cornerstone of our mare herd, producing modern sport horses with the athleticism, temperament and soundness to excel across disciplines. We feel incredibly fortunate to have Acolade on the farm and are excited for the future she continues to shape within our breeding program.
